Special note (and one I find super essential) is the 3D Printer Replacer, one of my favorite mods.
Otherwise, I try to keep my list to a minimum and simplified, as more mods = longer loads and more chances for something to go wrong. Then I have the cosmetics mods that I believe add the most to the game (item frames, nostalgic greenery, AnTi collection, etc). Next, the two main mods are Frackin Universe and Elithian Alliance, plus mods that expand/improve on them (planet info, BYOS for modded races, etc). Really standard quality of life kind of stuff.
